The Information page provides basic diagnostic information about your LearnPad devices which can be useful for troubleshooting. Don’t worry if you don’t understand everything that you see on this page! The LearnPad technical support team might ask you for some of this information if you contact them with a technical enquiry.

LearnPad device info buttonTo access the Information page, open the ClassConnect App and tap the information icon on the menu bar at the bottom of the screen:

The information screen displays useful information such as the device name, license status, organisation that the device is enrolled in, currently selected lesson, device ID and version number and Network information.

There are 4 action buttons at the bottom of the screen:

Refresh: Update the page with any recent changes.

Logs: View the device log information. Our support team may request you to send the logs if they are required for additional troubleshooting.

Cache: Clear downloaded files and temporary resources – Can be used to free up space on the device, but the device would need to download the resources again if you wanted to use them in the future.

Check In: Forces the device to connect to the LearnPad servers to check for updates such as a new version or a configuration change that may have been made online.
